I read the above quote in the middle of the night (insomnia!) and I first thought he was talking about "singers." I sat there for a minute trying to figure out how that would work, and then I realized it was "slingers." ha!

Very humorous medieval art "commentary"...thought "Monday Morning" quite appropriate.
And the video about the snails was fascinating.
Love this. Waving from "the margins" where I'm making art!
(Side note -- I doodled snails a LOT in high school, but not as social commentary. They are fun to draw! Now I might be adding them to the margins of my notebook with more intention...)
