How calm, how beauteous and how cool--
How like a sister to the skies,
Appears the broad, transparent pool
That in this quiet forest lies.
~Eugene Field
Today's Art Thursday post was inspired by my friend Linda's visit to La Piscine Musee-d'Art et d'Industrie de la ville Roubaix, a swimming pool turned museum.

What a great idea turning an indoor swimming pool into an art gallery. Lovely works on display there. And that Sun Window would really put me in the mood to see the art. :-)
I'm looking for peace and found it in the first line of La Piscine. What a beautiful collection of art.
