Yes, what an amazing variety. And you can see a style that might be associated with each country, too.
A couple of interesting things: Only the Ukrainian versions have the text in that language; the rest have "Harry Potter" at least somewhere on the cover.
And the German version includes "Joanne K." instead of just "J.K."
