Oh, thank you for sharing this Paisley Rekdal! I have her book ANIMAL EYE, and the opening poem is one of my favorite poems ever. Something very honest and human about her writing that appeals to me. Happy balloon-of-the-mind day to you! xo
I enjoyed all your 'randomness', Tabatha, but got lost in the 2nd link. I have a niece with cerebral palsy, and the poems that came with that link are real life for someone with a disability. Thank you.

For "The Balloon of the Mind" the colon seems right to me.
