Ways to take a break, with an example

Love to faults is always blind,
always is to joy inclined.
Lawless, winged, and unconfined,
and breaks all chains from every mind.
~William Blake

Good morning, y'all!

I posted a couple of extra times this week so Wellness Wednesday snuck up on me and I'm not ready. I'm posting the above drawing instead :-)

Also, here's my favorite basket, from the game last Sunday...watching it never grows old, imo:

Great shot!
And 50 Ways to Take a Break... I've read something funny, petted a furry creature, read part of a book, read poetry, engaged in a small act of kindness (made basted eggs for my husband- hate looking at them), had a nice coffee break, given thanks...I think I should color with crayons next - it's too cold and windy for the sitting in nature or walking today! Today is a pretty neat day!

Here's another: slowly water a plant and notice some small feature of it.

And that basketball shot was great...the ultimate fast *break*. :-)
