~Ludwig van Beethoven

Mozart's birthday was January 27th, and it made me think about back when I first started listening to classical music. Vivaldi's Four Seasons was the first classical recording that I listened to over and over, but then came an enormous collection of Mozart's works. It's amazing to me how well known Mozart is. Because his music is so melodic and beautiful to listen to. I hear the Turkish Rondo all over the place, in movies, etc, and the others you posted too. I love this post. I don't listen to music enough.

Eine kleine Nachmusik (A Little Night Music) is definitely in my top five favorite classic pieces. Certainly enjoyed listening to it today!

In that mural Mozart looks a lot like Tom Hulce (the actor who played him in the movie Amadeus), doesn't he. ;-)
