    That animation was indeed charming...except, perhaps, for the ending. Well, it is said that long-distance relationships have a hard time lasting.

    or, the ending could also say... that fragile things - us, and sand and snow- are impermanent and ethereal...
    or, if seen on a romantic level,
    after giving themselves form through the other, they disintegrated in a sea of emotion...
