  1. I like that "clean one thing/space" is on here. We do have some control over our environment, however small that space is.

  2. I've been doing the "clean one thing." It's brilliant. I only spend 1/2 hour a day. A little vacuuming here, a little dusting there. One shelf today, another shelf tomorrow.

    Having a schedule is a form of control, too. It's spring break next week, but I'll be on a schedule.
